How I work.

I'm a licensed Florida real estate sales associate with Keller Williams Realty Naples, working with buyers and sellers in Ave Maria, Naples, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres.

I'd rather work a few communities closely than spread myself across the whole coast. My aim is to give you a straight read on price — including when it isn't the number you were hoping for.

Whether you're getting ready to list or just starting to look, my priority is the same: clear information and direct communication.

• Local. Southwest Florida is home. I live here.
• A narrow focus. I work a few communities closely rather than spreading myself thin across the whole coast.
• An honest read on price. I'll walk you through the comparable sales and tell you what they support, even when it isn't the number you were hoping to hear.
• Direct communication. When you call, you reach me.
